Hello! I’m Kristina Forrest, an artist and surface pattern designer from Brisbane, Australia.

Drawn to the beauty of colour from an early age, I haven’t grown out of my obsession for the effect colour has on our moods and feelings and I get excited placing colours and patterns together to create fun, vibrant art for you to enjoy in your home. I’m often nostalgic for the colours of my childhood ( lots of primary colour combos!) and have a love of Japanese design in all forms.

I also adore designing colourful modern vector based surface pattern designs for brands. Creating these playful, unique pieces of art give me such joy and I absolutely love to collaborate with beautiful brands, creating fun patterns for their products!

My other loves include writing, performing and teaching music, sewing and yoga. I live in Brisbane with my husband, our 3 kids and cute puppy Rocky.

I love working with people and I hope my art will spread joy and happiness and contribute to making our world a more vibrant and positive place. xx
